The Raketech Group names a new CPO.

Dalia Turner has joined Raketech Group as its new Chief People Officer (CPO), a crucial addition to the company's executive team.

She offers to Raketech a wealth of international experience from multinational tech firms in Europe and beyond, along with invaluable networks, know-how, and strategies. Turner moves from Feedzai, where she grew the team from 300 to more than 600 personnel, to Raketech. Turner oversaw organisational development and expansion at Feedzai, an AI real-time machine learning and data science firm focusing in fraud prevention.

She worked for Microsoft in Portugal and the APAC region before joining Feedzai, where she was in charge of organisational culture, talent and performance management, leadership development, and people strategy.

Turner was a business partner for the 1,500-person regional commercial leadership team at Microsoft during her time there.

In her new position at Raketech, Turner will oversee strategic HR leadership for the company's workers worldwide, aiming to uphold the company's culture while fostering its rapid expansion.

Raketech's leadership structure has recently changed, with appointments and resignations from the board preceding this hire. At a recent shareholder meeting in Malta, Marina Andersson and Patrick Jonker were overwhelmingly elected to the Board of Directors.

Andersson has worked with Deloitte and Stillfront Group for more than 20 years in business growth and M&A. Jonker has held senior positions at William Hill and Betsson Group, giving him experience in both sports betting and international casinos.

These appointments came after the resignations of Johan Svensson and Pierre Cadena in October. Cadena left his position as director immediately, and Svensson decided to concentrate only on his responsibilities as the group's CCO.

Raketech reported record-breaking Q1 2023 revenue of €15.8 million ($17.3 million), up 24% year over year. The corporation recorded a 44% increase in casino revenue despite a 123% decline in sports betting income.
