Genius Sports will supply the team with its cutting-edge tracking technology through its Second Spectrum subsidiary, utilising machine learning and artificial intelligence to gather statistical insights.

The Portuguese team's partners, players, coaches, and supporters will have access to additional data points like player and shot velocity, pressing analytics, and anticipated goals. 

Benfica coaches will have access to new player and team measurements as well as exclusive tactical videos, according to Genius Sports. These tools will help boost player and team performance levels using AI-driven analytical capabilities.

Nuno Maricio, Head of Performance Analysis at Benfica, expressed his happiness at being able to depend on Genius Sports' statistics and reports.
